MANAGEMENT TEAM

Les Granger - President

Founder and President of Granger Construction Company, over 50 plus years’ experience in commercial development and construction. Specialized experience in site development, masonry, concrete and steel structures. Highlights include; regional shopping centers and malls, movie cinemas, hotels, office facilities, national retail and commercial projects built throughout the eastern seaboard.

Chris Montrose - Vice President of Construction

Provides 22 plus years’ experience in building shopping centers, retail stores, movie cinemas, hotels, medical, grocery and general commercial projects for owners and retail property developers. Responsible for all project management and field operations at Granger.

Don Kowell - Vice President Business Development

Provides 39 plus years’ experience in commercial construction. Career experience in architecture and design, estimating, project management, operations, design build, pre-engineered and architectural metal and glass systems. Responsible for new business development, marketing and bid proposals.

 

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

Provides 39 plus years’ experience in commercial construction. Career experience in architecture and design, estimating, project management, operations, design build, pre-engineered and architectural metal and glass systems. Responsible for new business development, marketing and bid proposals.

Bob Poresky - Manager Business Development

Provides 30 plus years' experience in project management, design-build, pre-construction and business development; includes healthcare, retail, hospitality, manufacturing facilities, and general commercial projects. Certified Value Based Six Sigma Black Belt, Lean Manufacturing Lead.

Tim Donovan - Sr. Estimator

Provides 38 plus years’ experience in commercial construction, interiors, supervision and estimating. Previously owned and managed his own interior construction firm. Leads the estimating team for project planning, competitive bidding and pre construction services.

Ed Visconti - Estimator

Provides 36 plus years’ experience in commercial construction, field supervision, project management and estimating.  Special expertise in concrete, masonry, steel and sitework. Provides estimating for competitive bidding and pre construction services.  

 

PROJECT MANAGEMENT

Walter Bok - Vice President

Provides 50 plus years’ experience in the construction of commercial, industrial, civil and municipal projects throughout the northeast and mid-Atlantic areas. Highlights include shopping developments, hotels, national retail projects, large municipal and civil related projects. Specialized experience with site work, concrete structures and detailed mechanical electrical systems. Currently leads our hospitality construction team.

Tom Pape - Project Manager

Provides 25 plus years’ experience in project management, estimating and supervision with commercial construction. Career experience includes shopping centers, retail stores, office buildings, grocery stores, student housing and multi-residential projects. He has completed projects in multiple northeastern and mid-Atlantic states. 

Mike Eger - Project Manager, LEED AP

Provides 12 plus years’ experience in the project management and supervision of commercial, retail, entertainment and hospitality projects. Has experience in contracts with LEED requirements and has managed projects in the northeast and mid-Atlantic states. 

Dan Andrews - Project Manager

Provide 20 plus years' experience in field supervision, business development, and project management; includes commercial construction, shopping centers, office buildings, grocery store, and national retail projects

Ken Tiss

Provides 25 plus years' experience in all phases of general construction, pre-construction, OSHA construction outreach instructor, construction educator, M.S. in Environmental and Resource Engineering -- Construction Management, M.S. installation - Design - development and evaluation

 

SAFETY

Glen Murdock – Safety Director

Provides 20 plus years of experience for developing and managing safety programs in the commercial construction field. He holds multiple certifications in safety training and consulting. Responsible for our safety training, inspection and accident prevention for all Granger jobsites and operations.
